This brand new British Musical received its abridged premier at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival between August 1-23 2025 at the tiny Jade Studio Greenside@George Street. It received an outstanding critical response from audience members and critics and was nominated for Best Musical by the prestigious Musical Theatre Review (winner HOT MESS)
The show has been revised for its 2026 run at one of GILDED BALLOON'S most beautiful venues, the 160 capacity DOONSTAIRS @ Patter House.
It will be directed by Katy Weir (who recently directed the highly acclaimed Cinderella for Northern Stage) and choreographed by Simone Mistry-Palmer (associate choreographer for Tina in London's West End).
The full version of Girlz is currently one act of approximately 100 minutes.
